Mexican Cultural Food

In Mexico, many different types of plates pass through the mouths of different ethnical people. It is seen in different places around the world. Most of the recipes of Mexican food contain spicy condiments. Examples of Mexican plates can be the famous burritos, tacos, enchiladas, quesadillas, guacamole, etc. Burrito are a recipe based on a soft tortilla surrounding different foods, the most common fillings are onions, jalapeños, black beans, meat, chicken, sour cream, and maybe cheese. Tacos are hard tortilla formed in a triangle-shaped like figure in where meat or chicken is found accompanied by vegetables sour cream, guacamole and other kind of sauces. the quesadillas are based in a tortilla flattened with cheese, meat, chicken, beans, and kinds of sauces like guacamole, sour cream, etc. Guacamole is a sauce with a mixture of avocado, tomato, onion, salt and pepper. It is a common sauce used in almost all of the Mexican typical cultural plates. Mexican food are recipes known world-wide and many people actually enjoy eating it.
