Spanish Cultural Food

     SPANISH CULTURAL FOODS,
     PAELLA AND GAZPACHO:

Around the world, many different types of plates are introduced and invented by completely different kinds of cultures. Many of this different types of foods are common and others are unknown. For example, in Spain two commonly known cultural plates are the Gazpacho and the Paella. The Gazpacho recipe consists in a combination of red bell peppers, juicy tomatoes, cucumbers, onions, and garlic in a puree. Basically the Gazpacho is a red-look soup rich in nutrients is vital for a good diet. Another commonly known plate in Spain is the Paella. The Paella is made with a paellera which is like a big plate. The Paella contains onions, green pepper, tomatoes, carrots, squid, mussels, rice, parsley, olive oil, clams, prawns, garlic and shrimp. This plate is more known in the city of Valencia and Catalunia. Although this two special plates are originally from the Spanish nation, they are seen in many different countries, even in Colombia! This recipes are easy to make and said to be a delicious spanish cultural plate that is seen all over the whole world.
